We are looking for a skilled Waiters or Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.50  per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (required)
• customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
• Bartending: 2 years (preferred)

• Clean hotel rooms to required standards and by required deadlines
• Complete regular cleaning routines (task of the day) as per training
• Change bed linen and towels and make beds

• Clean bathrooms, including vanity, sink, bath/shower, tiles / glass, and walls
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Replace stock of guest supplies, such as shampoo, soap, and brochures etc.
• Re-stock drinks in the mini bar
• Re-stock and clean equipment used

Main Responsibilities

The Conference & Banqueting Assistant will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that every guest receives a warm greeting upon arrival
• Delivering the highest standards in conference and banqueting service
• Ensuring correct set up of function rooms and public areas maintaining the highest standards
• Service of food and beverage items during each event
• Anticipating guests needs, responding promptly, creating solutions to any issues that may arise
